This is a steel santoku knife, a traditional craft of Nagasaki Prefecture, made by Matsubara Hocho. Total length: 25 cm Blade length: 14.5 cm I have kept it as a collection, but it's a very good knife, so I'm offering it for sale so you can use it. The sharpness is outstanding.
