This is a metalphone (glockenspiel) from SONOR (Zonor), a leading German percussion instrument manufacturer, from their "Orff Series" of instruments for young children. The NG10 has a range of 11 notes and also includes keys to raise the pitch by a half step. Two mallets (beaters) with wooden tips are included. The keys can be removed individually, allowing you to change the scale as follows: ・Change F and F♯ ・Swap B and B♭ to create the key of F major. ・Remove Do and Fa to create a pentatonic scale (Re Mi So La Si Re Mi).
