This is a Tomica karuta card game. Although it has never been used as a karuta game, I lost one of the bands when I checked the contents. Please see photo 2. Other than that, it has only been inspected and is almost as good as new, but please purchase only if you understand that it is a used item that has been inspected by an amateur.
