This is a Makita 18V impact driver. It stopped spinning while I was using it. The light comes on, but it doesn't rotate. Is it a bad switch contact? I'm not sure. The battery is not included, just the body. I don't know the model number. I got it from a friend three months ago at a low price and have been using it since then.
