This is a French National deck parka (coat) manufactured in 1985. This item is deadstock and has never been exposed to water. This coat is the same one worn by Yuumin of the YouTuber duo Yuumin & Kiuty in the first outfit of their video, "Yuumin's 1-Week Vintage Clothing Winter Coordination!" about 4 years ago. While navy deck jackets from the same era are relatively easy to find, deck parkas are extremely rare and difficult to come by.
