This is a presentation box made of paper from old advertisements and packaging for "La Samaritaine," a department store located on the Right Bank of the Seine in Paris, near Pont Neuf. La Samaritaine is a long-established department store founded in 1870. "GRANDS MAGASINS DE NOUVEAUTÉS" is French for "Large Department Store for New Products," and this is a large, cute paper box. It was acquired in 2001 and reopened. Currently, it features fashion, watches, jewelry, and Europe's largest beauty space. Although there are tears, the box can still stand on its own and maintain its shape, so it can be used or displayed. It would be very cute even just displayed as is, or for storing things like lace. Dimensions: 35cm x 18cm x 6.5cm height. It would also be lovely displayed with mignonette dolls.
