The problem is that the touch panel is broken, so the monitor cannot be touched. Because I can't touch it, I don't know if the car navigation system is locked or not. I will sell it as is, whether it's locked or not. I wanted to fix it myself, but I couldn't find a new, genuine touch panel, so I couldn't repair it. I tried fixing it with a non-genuine touch panel, but it still didn't work properly. The main unit only, no cables included. I have used it for about 3 years.
