This was made as a stage costume. Therefore, there is no lining. The sides are open and designed to be tied with strings. The boots do not have shoes. They are designed to be wrapped around the feet (with Velcro). When paired with black shoes, they look like boots. The arm covers are also wrapped with Velcro. Both are made of vinyl.
