This is a large punch that I've used for many years. The blades have been replaced with new ones. There are no functional issues. The paper gauge is on both sides and extends up to 46cm, allowing for A3 size paper to be placed horizontally (see photo). It's an old item, and there is some rust in places on the exterior (see photo). Approximate dimensions are 42cm long x 16cm wide x 26cm high, and it weighs about 8kg.
