This is a set of two blouses with frills. The colors are off-white and navy. The size is L, but I usually wear M and I could wear them without any problems. The off-white one has a balloon hem. I've used them a few times, but I think both are still in good condition and can be worn for a while! Please be sure to check the photos before purchasing. No returns accepted.
