This is a Montbell women's standard rain pants made with Gore-Tex. I've taken it hiking several times, stored in the included stuff sack, but I never actually took it out and wore it, so there are no stains or scratches. The model was first released over 10 years ago, and I bought it about 10 years ago as well. However, the material shows no signs of deterioration, and there is no peeling of the seam tape or waterproof zippers, so it's still in good condition and should be usable for a long time. The label on the stuff sack shows some wear. Also, there are some fold creases because it was stored in the bag. Please consider this item if you understand that it is a used item.
