I made a circus tent cookie cutter. To capture the splendor of the circus, I made it a three-tiered striped tent. The knob is wide enough, so it's designed to be easy to handle for people with large hands or for small children who are not yet adept at using their fingers. ☆Tips for making perfect cookies!! • When using the stamp, dusting with flour will make it easier to separate the dough from the stamp cutter. • If you cut and stamp the dough when it is well chilled, the shape and pattern will transfer cleanly. • To prevent the dough from puffing up too much, use only egg yolks and mix them without incorporating air. • A dough thickness of 5mm is recommended. • Using Silpat will prevent the shape from collapsing and result in a crisp finish.
