The shoulder and waist belts are sturdy, so it was very comfortable when properly worn. For those who want to use it from newborn, it also has a sunshade for the baby's comfort. The newborn swaddling insert was only tried once and is practically unused. I will include a second saliva cover as a bonus. I used a different saliva cover when using the baby carrier.
