This is a slightly thin cotton blanket. It has snap buttons around the edges, so you can prevent it from flipping up by closing the buttons around you. It has two strings that can be attached to the buttons. I think you can use them to tie it to a stroller, etc., to prevent it from slipping off. There is some discoloration due to long-term storage (see photo 3).
