This is a colored brush made by Suikishodo, a high-end brush manufacturer. The name is written on it, and based on the fine, well-formed bristles and pleasant feel, I believe it is made of weasel hair. Weasel hair brushes are high-end. Also, "Shabutsu" is written on it. Shabutsu is the act of tracing a drawing of the Buddha by layering thin paper. I purchased several of these brushes on Mercari about three years ago, so I don't know the exact price, but currently, weasel hair brushes are sold for ¥5,500.
