Commonly known as the "Bomber Jacket," it's a popular jacket made with thick mouton. Made in Uruguay, the same high quality as the B-3 made by AVIATION. Thick, high-quality sheepskin (lambskin) with a plush mouton boa lining the inside. This is a "double-faced" mouton, a sign of a high-quality product, where the smooth leather of the outer leather and the mouton boa of the inner leather are made from a single piece of leather, rather than a cheaper version that uses two pieces of leather glued together. It's a top-of-the-line item in terms of comfort and cold protection, and it's warm enough that a thin knit or cut-and-sew is sufficient as an inner layer. Unlike current "B-3" jackets, which use cotton fabric on the inside of the pockets, this is a rare vintage model with mouton used even on the pocket lining.
