This is a book cover made from repurposed kimono fabric. The size can be adjusted with Velcro, and it fits books with a vertical size of 16cm to 22cm. (It can also fit paperback size, but it's better suited for larger sizes as the fabric will be a bit excessive.) Includes a bookmark. Made with synthetic fabric, so it can be hand-washed if it gets dirty. The pattern will vary depending on the fabric used, making each item unique. Size when open: 28 cm (height) x 45 cm (width) About the fabric: Traditional "folding fan (senmen)" patterns and "bouquet" patterns are combined. The fans, drawn with thin green outlines, are arranged in a regular sequence. The shape of the fan symbolizes prosperity and is a lucky pattern wishing for lasting prosperity and happiness.
