This is a cute, traditional Japanese "Hagoita" paddle-shaped plate. Perfect for New Year's or the Doll Festival (Hinamatsuri). Please check the size in the images. As shown in the third image, there are originally some black dots on the back. It is new and unused, but has been stored at home. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
