Fitbit Charge 5 (Defective) It suddenly stopped working. When I connect the charging cable, it turns on, but it crashes when I try to operate it. Even without operating it, the battery drops to 0% and turns off in about a minute. The main unit is defective, but the box, the band (unused because I used other bands), and the charging cable are in good condition. I will include everything. #fitbit #smartwatch
