The inside is boa-like, giving it a voluminous feel and making it very warm. I didn't have many opportunities to wear it, so the item itself has no noticeable stains and is in quite good condition. However, as shown in photo 8, there is a crack in the second inner button that fastens the outer button, so I have listed it as "slightly damaged or stained." The outer buttons don't seem to be coming off at the moment, but I will be selling it as is. If you are concerned, you may want to reattach the button with a black button. The work is similar to attaching a regular button. The color is pure black. The size is 34, which is probably around a size S, but I usually wear a size M, and I was able to wear it without any problems, so I think it's somewhere between S and M.
