This is a costume for Mother of Ultra. It's meant to be put on a 1/6 scale figure. Made in China. Not that it matters, though. I bought it online, thinking it was a Mother of Ultra figure, but it was just the costume! They used misleading images to trick me into buying it. The price was a third of what I expected, so I impulsively clicked "buy"! I think it cost 7500 yen. I couldn't find a Mother of Ultra head, gloves, or boots for sale at the time of purchase. It was an expensive lesson! Everyone, please be careful of sweet-sounding deals. Please enjoy it by putting it on a 1/6 scale figure (*^^*) It's unused. Well, I touched it for the photos, but please forgive me for that.
