It is a vintage item from over 20 years ago. There are some minor scratches from use, and some of the non-slip fasteners are missing, but I think it can be used without any problems. It moves freely, and the angle of the neck can be adjusted as desired. This is the current condition. For those who understand used and vintage items... Light tested and working.
