I'm decluttering my parents' house, so I may not be able to answer questions. The lining fabric is the New York Times, which is unusual. It's an old item. There are also tears in the sleeves, and I think it's generally damaged. There may be damage that doesn't show up in the pictures. I'm looking for someone who understands old items and old leather goods.
