This is a novel about a monster. It's from Kadokawa Tsubasa Bunko. There is a fold and tear on the bottom corner of page 253 (see photo 8). There are fold marks on the bottom corners of the last two pages (photos 9 and 10). There is a slight fold mark on the cover in photo 14. Other than that, it's in good condition. There's no problem with reading it.
