Comes with a special case inspired by the UFC octagon. <How to Mold Your OPRO Mouthguard> (1) Pour boiling water into a ceramic bowl or mug. Also, prepare cold water in a cup for later use. (2) Submerge the mouthguard in the hot water for 20 seconds, ensuring it is fully immersed. (3) After 20 seconds, remove it and immediately dip it into the cup of cold water for 1 second. (4) Place the OPRO mouthguard on your upper teeth and align it in the center while looking in a mirror. (5) Bite down firmly and suck in. Keep your mouth closed and press firmly around your lips with your fingers for 30 seconds. (6) Rinse your mouth with cold water to set the shape. Circulate the water in your mouth to ensure it covers the entire mouthguard. Spit out the water, remove the mouthguard from your mouth, and rinse it with cold water. (7) Insert the OPRO mouthguard into your mouth and check the fit.
