I didn't use it that often because I was also using other baby carriers. The back of the rings, where the rings overlap, are scuffed. (See photo 5) It's on the back, so you can't see it when you're carrying the baby. The box and instruction manual are included. The instruction manual is clean because it hasn't been used, but the box has some minor scratches. This item has been used by a baby.
