This is a safety helmet for fire fighting made by Shinwa Kagaku Kogyo. It is almost the same model as the Tokyo Fire Department's safety helmet. The helmet shell has some minor scratches. Also, there are marks where the affiliation was removed on the back. It had considerable damage and dirt, so I cleaned it up, but please understand that it is a used item before purchasing.
