The plate is stiff and the straps provide strong support, minimizing wobble upon landing and making it easier to jump. I think it's a relatively easy-to-use spike compared to other overseas jumping spikes. The uppers are clean and the pins are not very worn, but there are scratches on the entire plate. There is no critical damage, and they are still usable. There are scratches on the plate and box, which are common with imported products.
