Found this in a toy box discovered in my in-laws' storage room. It's a Super Liner Dagwon from the Brave Command Dagwon series, a candy toy. It's an old item, but all the joints move well. I have wiped it with alcohol swabs. There is age-related deterioration and dirt. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
