NEIGHBORHOOD Early (90s) Skull Beads When purchased, they were in a PP bag, and sealed with a label copied in black ink on red paper. I took them out and stored them, so there is no packaging. The material seems to be silver, but there is no material (SILVER925) marking on the body, so I don't know if it's silver. It might have been written on the label. I've lost it, so I can't confirm, but it's probably silver. There is an NH stamp on the back of the head.
