This is a winning cap from the PEPSI MAN W Chance lottery! I purchased this used item in good condition, but I believe it's unused personally. A sticker-like item that proves the win from the campaign is also included. I'm not sure of the exact year, but it's from the 90s, and it's very clean and in good condition!
