This is the Iwanko from the Pokémon Sun & Moon Plush Toy ~ Iwanko, Lycanroc (Midday Form), Lycanroc (Midnight Form) series. It was released as a prize item on January 26, 2017, and was obtained at an arcade at the time. It wasn't a particularly popular item back then, so I believe items remaining until now are rare. A few years ago, it was kept in a car (non-smoking car) for a short period, but after that, it was stored in a plastic bag in a dark place.
