I'm not entirely sure, but about 25 years ago, I was told by an acquaintance that it was a 1960s vintage item, and I kept it in my closet. The size isn't written, but I think it's about a size M. 1960s? It seems to be quite old, and there are stains and dirt overall, but I will pack it compactly in this condition and ship it.
