Takashi Ichikawa Born in Shiga Prefecture in 1967. After studying sculpture and working at a pottery, he became a ceramic artist. He built a kiln in Ibuki Town in 1999 and exhibits his work throughout Japan and abroad. He is also highly regarded for his tea-making style, which incorporates the plants, objects, and environment of the location, learned from the art of Kufu-cha. I purchased this a few years ago, but I am selling it due to decluttering for a move. There are no stains or chips.
