This is a dress made of stretchy fabric. The drawstring at the waist creates a slimming effect. Sandals look cute with it, but it's also cute dressed down with sneakers. I bought it about 3 years ago because I fell in love with it at first sight, and I only wore it for one season. I still like it, but I'm conscious of my upper arms... so I'm selling it.
