The bulletin is 8-16 pages long. The special issues are 24, 60, and 76 pages long. Each issue contains various topics such as vehicle news, vehicle movements, records of train operations, and photos of vehicles. Issues No. 11 to No. 28 have different paper quality and are severely sun-damaged and worn. The special issues also have sun damage and wear. Other than that, there are no folds, tears, or writing, but please forgive any oversight. The condition is poor as a considerable amount of time has passed since publication.
