Empire Knife Co. rare antique 2-blade jigged bone swell end knife from the late 1800s to early 1900s. This company was in business from 1856-1930, and this knife is most likely from 1890-1910. Blades show some use but are in very good condition, and both tangs are marked "Empire" over "Winsted, CT." Both blades have good opening and closing snap, and the small blade has a half-stop. Jigged bone handles are in great condition for their age, with a tiny chip at the end on one side near the small blade. It has brass liners and nickel silver pins.
