This is a navy dress from NATURAL BEAUTY BASIC. It's a beautiful, easy-to-wear dress made of wrinkle-resistant, smooth fabric. It has a lining, so it's not see-through. The bottom button is missing (see photo 5). It's not very noticeable and doesn't open up, so I think it can be worn without any problems.
