I will check the condition. I have done a simple playback check, but I have not checked the entire disc. It is almost impossible to check from beginning to end due to time constraints. I have experienced this myself, and it seems to be due to compatibility with the playback device. Due to the nature of DVDs, I cannot guarantee playback. In past transactions, a small number of buyers have complained about playback issues, but please understand that this is a risky product due to it being a rental DVD. Rental DVDs are cheaper than retail versions, but the condition is not as good. If you are looking for perfection, please purchase a new retail version instead of a rental DVD. I will ship the package and discs as shown in the photos. To protect the DVD during shipping, I may use the rental case as packaging material. Because the case is for packaging, not all jackets will have a case. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a new item. Please consider purchasing only if you understand the above.
