Purchased in July 2022 and used for about 3 years, this item is being sold as junk due to a malfunction in December 2025. The malfunction is that while the buttons function, neither the microwave nor oven functions are able to heat food. It was used almost daily, so there is some ingrained dirt and scratches inside the oven. I have purchased a new oven range, so I haven't had it repaired, but repair is reportedly possible.
