Made in the USA, in the past, the military, police, and fire departments often used these not only for their intended purpose as flashlights but also as demolition tools or batons. Therefore, they are built to be extremely robust. I used it for camping and airsoft games. Other than that, it was kept in my car's glove box as a tool for breaking glass in emergencies, though it was never actually used for that purpose. This is a metal Maglite that uses 3 D-cell batteries. By twisting the head, you can adjust the beam from wide to narrow. As it is a vintage item over 30 years old, it has some minor scratches commensurate with its age, but there is no battery leakage. Please check the photos.
