This is a limited edition piece titled "We've Got It... (or They Don't Make It!)". No. 4612. It's designed by the American artist Ray Day. The colors are very vibrant, and the deep tones are beautiful. I kept this in my personal collection as it's in excellent condition with no chips. It comes with a certificate and card. Unfortunately, there are three spots where tape was removed during shipping, but the item itself is beautiful. Dimensions: 11x10.3, height 8. If it were new, it would cost between 23,000 and 27,000 yen in America, plus international shipping, making it difficult to purchase. This is the last one I have in my possession.
