Brand new with tags, but it was purchased about a year and a half ago and has been stored at home, so the raffia isn't as stiff as when it was first purchased. It has softened slightly with age, so please understand this before purchasing. Only tried on at home. Featured on Makiko Takizawa's YouTube channel. Unfortunately, it was discontinued this summer. It's a very elegant hat with a face-slimming effect, and it's lovely. I may remove the listing because I'm still undecided about selling it.
