This is a used SwitchBot Smart Lock. I am selling it because I no longer need it due to moving. I was using it until just now, so it works perfectly fine. As you can see in the fourth image, there are scratches on the adhesive surface, but it's not visible during use, so there's no problem. A rechargeable battery and charger are also included. It uses CR123 batteries, which are also used in cameras. They need to be replaced every three months or so, and they cost around 400-500 yen each. Rechargeable batteries are economical.
