Burberrys' pleated flare wrap skirt. Features two belts. I received this from an acquaintance. They hadn't worn it, and when I received it, it still had the basting thread to hold the pleats in place. Also, there are no signs of wear, fraying, or rubbing on the lining, and the belts show almost no damage, despite this being a skirt from the Burberrys' era. Therefore, I believe it is an unused item, but I'm listing it as "like new" just in case.
