The padding is substantial, so it's very warm. The cuffs also have inner sleeves, preventing wind from passing through (^_^) It's very cute, so I treasured it too much and it became too small before I could wear it much. I'm listing it while it's still in good condition (^_^) Price reduction is not possible.
