This is a cape from Hakka. It has snap buttons so you can put your hands through. It's reversible. The material is soft and comfortable, and it's warm, so I used it when riding a bicycle. It was also easy to put on when in a stroller because you didn't have to put their arms through the sleeves. I mostly used it when traveling, so it's clean and without stains. I will compress it for shipping, so it may wrinkle.
