This is a sleeveless dress purchased in Martinique. The length is free size, but it reached about knee-length on me, and I am 160cm tall. It has a double layer: the inner layer is a black, sheer material. The outer layer is ivory and made of tulle, so it's very cool and comfortable to wear. You can wear it alone for occasions like weddings, or you can change the outerwear to wear it for work or everyday outings. When I bought it, it came with a belt (a thin black string), and there are belt loops on both sides, but they are made of the same material and are not noticeable. The belt (string) is not included. I preferred to wear it without anything, so I wore it without the belt. If you have a light, string-like belt, you can add it to your liking.
