Hiroki Sugishima Two-Handed Pan This is a cast iron grill pan by Hiroki Sugishima, purchased at a gallery in Ashiya for around 20,000 yen. I believe this product is no longer being made. I have many cooking utensils, and I've only used this pan about 10 times, so it hasn't gotten much use in my home. I'd like to pass it on to someone who will use it more. Because it's forged, food doesn't easily stick to it. It's perfect for making things like pan-fried gyoza, paella, gratin, biryani, baked pasta, or for serving steak, and it will enhance your table setting like a restaurant.
