I bought this at my favorite vintage clothing store in Harajuku a while ago. It's a monotone top that's very cute and can be styled in a Lolita or balletcore aesthetic. The fabric has an accent like in the second photo, and it's a little sheer, but it wasn't a problem if I wore a black inner layer.
